Agency guide: client Facebook → Bluesky migrations
Community managers and small agencies often run more than one Bluesky account. FbZip2Blue Agency supports linking up to 10 Bluesky accounts on one license so you can publish reviewed posts to the correct client handle from the same parsed session.
Who this is for
- Freelancers migrating a client’s Facebook archive to Bluesky
- Small agencies with a handful of Fediverse clients
- Consultants who batch-review before any post goes live

Recommended agency workflow
- Get the client’s Facebook export ZIP (they request it from their account).
- Create a named session per client (e.g.
ClientA-2026-migration). - Parse, review, and use group selector for campaign labels.
- Link the correct Bluesky handle under Bluesky linked accounts (paid).
- Dry run → client approval → live publish in batches.
- Revoke the client’s app password after the project ends.
Client communication
- Never ask clients to email you their raw ZIP—use secure transfer.
- Do not paste export contents into support chat—use session name + error screenshots.
- Set expectations: parse time depends on archive size; large jobs may queue briefly.
Operational limits
FbZip2Blue runs on a managed VPS sized for bootstrap traffic. Very large simultaneous client imports may queue parse jobs—plan migrations across days, not all in one hour.
