Local .fbzpkg conversion package
New in 2026. FbZip2Blue can seal your reviewed conversion into an encrypted .fbzpkg file for this browser/device. The product evolves quickly — behaviour may change as we roll out ephemeral storage; always download after saving edits.
Why .fbzpkg?
- Your copy — Keep parsed posts and media references on your device, not only on the server.
- Encrypted — Sealed with device-held keys (public key on server; private key in your browser).
- Resume without re-upload — Open from My packages instead of sending the Facebook ZIP again.
- Same workflow as chat archive — Download a package, work offline in the app, server copy may be short-lived.
How to download
- Sign in at /webv/.
- Load your export ZIP and wait for conversion to finish.
- Open Parsed posts and save your edits (text, hashtags, include flags).
- Click Download .fbzpkg (home or Parsed posts toolbar). Large conversions may take a few minutes — the app polls until the file is ready.
- Save the file where you can find it. On Chrome/Edge you may link the file for one-click Load later.
How to re-open
- Go to My packages (this device) in the sidebar.
- Click Load on a saved entry, or Choose .fbzpkg file… to pick from disk.
- Review continues on Parsed posts — edits auto-save in this browser. Use Download updated .fbzpkg to write changes into a new file on disk.
Important limits
- Same browser profile — Packages are tied to the device keys created when you first download. Clearing site data may block re-open; download a fresh .fbzpkg if needed.
- Not a substitute for support ZIPs — Never email .fbzpkg or Facebook export ZIPs; use contact with conversion name and error text only.
- Server retention — While you work, data may live on the server; after download, server copies may be removed within 72 hours depending on configuration.
